Don’t replace a perfectly good grinder just because the shaft size doesn’t match your wheel.

These precision stainless steel reducer bushings allow WoodTurners Wonders CBN wheels to fit grinders with smaller shaft diameters.

Available Sizes

3/4” Wheel Bore → 5/8” Grinder Shaft

5/8” Wheel Bore → 1/2” Grinder Shaft

Why We Made Them

Many sharpeners discover that finding quality reducer bushings is surprisingly difficult. These stainless steel bushings were manufactured specifically for our CBN wheel systems and provide a precise fit between the wheel and grinder shaft.  

Before Ordering

Measure your grinder shaft diameter and compare it to your wheel bore size.

Example:

• 5/8” wheel bore + 1/2” shaft = 5/8” → 1/2” bushing
• 3/4” wheel bore + 5/8” shaft = 3/4” → 5/8” bushing
